2. Insurance distribution
- Newman-Fliedl CB is an insurance intermediary acting as an external auxiliary (auxiliar externo) of Ibex Portugal – Corretora de Seguros, Unipessoal, Lda.
- Registration with the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones (DGSFP): 00JA58636457. You can check the register at dgsfp.mineco.gob.es.
- We distribute the insurance products that Ibex Insurance arranges for its clients, underwritten by the insurers named in each policy (for example QIC Europe Limited and Starr Europe Insurance Limited). We do not act for any other insurer or broker.

3. Information is not contractual
The descriptions of insurance products on this website are summaries, given in good faith. They are not a complete list of what each policy covers and excludes. Only the policy wording, your policy schedule and any endorsements are binding. Limits, conditions and prices may change; ask us for a quote and read the policy documents before you buy.
4. Intellectual property
The texts and design of this website belong to Newman-Fliedl CB. The Ibex name, product names and policy documents belong to Ibex Insurance and are used with its permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify this content without prior permission, except for personal and private use.
5. Links to other websites
This website links to third-party sites (for example Ibex Insurance, the insurers' claims services, Google Maps and WhatsApp). Newman-Fliedl CB does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence, as provided by the applicable rules.
