Questions
Why can’t I use my UK travel insurance?
Most UK policies only cover people who live in the UK. Once you are resident in Spain, you need a policy written for Spanish residents, which repatriates you to Spain, not the UK.
Who do I call in a medical emergency abroad?
Call the 24-hour emergency assistance number on your policy certificate before you go to a private clinic or if treatment could cost more than €500. Our claims page has the number.
Is there an age limit?
Single trip and annual multi-trip policies are available up to age 79. Winter sports cover is available up to age 70.
